HSCAT takes your data security seriously. We only collect the bare minimum information needed to run our training services.
When you buy a course or send an enquiry, we collect your Name, Email address, and Business name. We do not store your credit card details; these are handled securely by Stripe.
We use your data to:
- Deliver your training access keys.
- Print your name on your Certificate of Compliance.
- Respond to your business enquiries.
Your details are stored securely within the Google Cloud platform (via Google Sheets) and processed by our automation scripts. We use industry-standard encryption to keep this data safe.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to see the data we hold on you or ask us to delete it. If you'd like your records removed from our system, simply email enquiries@hscat.co.uk and we will handle it within 48 hours.
